Welcome to  Angelcare Baby Monitor website where you will find the best prices and availability of the Angelcare Baby Monitor range of products.

You want to know how good an Angelcare Baby Monitor really is?

Here’s just some of the features…

Angelcare was the first company worldwide to introduce the SensorPad technology. The technology has been taken from the medical sector and adapted and improved for home usage.

The SensorPad is placed under the mattress and monitors baby’s slightest movements. An alarm will sound after 20 seconds if no movement is detected. The SensorPad is suitable for most types of mattresses (except memory foam).

One SensorPad is sufficient for each bed type and size (see instructions for correct placement)

The motion sensor works and has not had any false alarms ONCE you adjust the sensitivity.

At its least sensitive setting, the unit would alarm. Since adjusting to the “mid level” you will not have not had a single false alarm… However, if you pick up your child up in the middle of the night to change a full diaper, turn the unit off first or you’ll wake up your sleeping spouse with the ALARM!

The alarm is loud and will wake you up. Good.

The Angelcare Baby Monitor microphone is sensitive and you can hear every little grunt, so we turn the volume down a little at night. A cry will be loud, grunts are not.

Overall, parents just love the monitor and you just won’t get any better than these comments:

“I have used an Angelcare Baby Monitor since they were first made. I have four grown children now having babies, and the first thing we do when we find out they are expecting their first child is to go out and buy one of these. Having lost a child to SIDS, there was no way I was going to let my grandchildren come home from the hospital without one of these in their crib. Worth every penny!”

“This is the best baby monitor you can buy. The audio quality is excellent, but the real deal is the movement sensor. I am able to sleep soundly knowing that my baby is breathing/moving through the night. The parents’ units have a movement indicator. If you forget to turn off the monitor when you remove your child from the crib (or if the child stops breathing/moving), a loud alarm sounds. It definitely works and our whole family is impressed. I would have paid untold sums of money for the peace of mind this monitor gives… It’s a bargain!”

“The Angelcare Baby Monitor has a moving image tha shows the baby is breathing- which is very reasuring when you wake up in the middle of the night to check on your baby.I would suggest to the manufacturer of the product that the parent monitor could show the temperature also in celsius, and that the parent monitor could have a clock( very useful to quickly check the time when your baby wakes crying during the night). It’s quite heavy to take on the go, but overall it’s an excellent product. Would highly recommend it.”

The Angelcare Baby Monitor range gives parents the reassurance and peace of mind that their baby is going to be safe. Traditional nursery baby monitors transmit sound, but are unable to detect breathing movements. The Angelcare Baby Monitor concept came to be from toe founder Maurice Pinsonnault, a new father overwhelmed with the anxiety which all new parents face.

Maurice heard about an existing monitor in the UK was able to detect babies’ breathing movements which was of interest. At the time, it was a very expensive medical device not and easily affordable for most parents. But the demand was there. Maurice Pinsonnault bought the patent rights and after extensive research and development, the Angelcare Baby Monitor was born.

Several models include a unique design SensorPad that detects even the slightest movements of your baby. If no movement is detected for 20 seconds an alarm will sound so you can see that you will know all the time what your baby is doing.

Combining two frequencies and 8 channels it provides optimal sound quality and minimises interference.

The parent unit is portable and rechargeable and has a full colour digital LCD screen that clearly shows all the available functions and also the temperature in the baby’s room which is important to ensure that your baby is comfortable.

The nursery unit has night light in the shape of a halo. The extended reach has been improved to 100 meter indoors and 250 meter outdoors. The units have various alarm indicators, including out of reach and low battery. Sound transmission can be continuous or sound activated.

Various alarm functions, including vibrating alert.

Parents are delighted with their Angelcare baby Monitor, here’s just a couple of comments..

“I bought this model a few days ago following a couple of disaster purchases (essential video monitor.) With me being a new mother, it’s essential to have total confidence in the monitor you choose – The audio quality on my Angelcare Baby Monitor is superb (zero interference) and this has so many great features over and above the movement sensor – such as temperature alarm, also the choice of sound activated monitoring or continuous. I also like the night light, just enough to see my daughter without disturbing her putting extra lights on – I would highly recommend this to any parent.”

“I bought the Angelcare baby Monitor after recommendation from friends, when we decided to put baby daughter to sleep in her own room at 6 weeks. I find it reassuring seeing the ticking pendulum. We have the sound monitor volume turned up in the evenings when we are downstairs, then turn it down when we in bed as her room next to ours and we hear her crying anyway without it. The instructions initially seem fairly complicated, but easy to use once set up.”
